This is a follow up for https://bugs.webkit.org/show_bug.cgi?id=93232#c2

I don't think we have a such tool. I am afraid that there are not a few expectation files, -expected.png or -expected.txt, which are no longer used in LayoutTest directory, especially in platform specific directories.
