Testcase: audio element in foreignObject when SVG is the content url() of ::after

Steps to Reproduce
1. Press the play button in the attached testcase.

Expected results
Music should play. This works in the Opera browser.

Actual results
Music doesn't play. Note the audio in the standalone SVG will play, copy the data: URI from the source to the address bar to confirm this.
