although I have added

+WEBKIT_FEATURE(ENABLE_SMOOTH_SCROLLING "Enable smooth scrolling" DEFAULT ON)

in Source/cmake/OptionsBlackBerry.cmake

I still had to add 

#define ENABLE_SMOOTH_SCROLLING 1

in Source/JavaScriptCore/wtf/Platform.h


I found it strange... Rob, Ming, EFL guys?
