Mac DRT has a StorageTrackerDelegate to test WebStorageManager, but no other port seems to have this. Related LayoutTestController functions that are implemented in Mac only are:

deleteAllLocalStorage
syncLocalStorage
observeStorageTrackerNotifications
deleteLocalStorageForOrigin
localStorageDiskUsageForOrigin
originsWithLocalStorage

Perhaps these can move to Internals?
