I don't see any login link on <https://www.nslds.ed.gov/>. Where is it?

Does this also occur in vanilla Safari 5.1.5, or did it start with nightlies?

Finally, can you tell me what your primary system language is? I've seen some bugs like this that happened with non-English primary language only.
