Example

See the attachment for an example.  If you have two background-image gradients, one vertical and one horizontal, and add a css animation for the background-position property, then if the vertical gradient is applied last the animation will not occur.  If it is applied first then it does occur.  This issue does not occur in other browsers e.g. Firefox.
