The situation where it would potentially give us twice the frame-rate is when web-process and the ui process both take the same time.
Even on desktop we "lose" a few frames every now and then.
I believe I can make this work in a way that reduces a bit of choppiness and doesn't introduce too much complexity, but let's see...
