Here is an additional example that how this is a "problem" when animating rotated text as the letters jitter around:

(This uses Ext.draw which in turn uses SVG to render the graphics. Using the slider above the text you can rotate the rightmost text dynamically and observe the jittering letters)

Note: In Firefox, IE9 and Safari (Windows) this looks perfect and the letters are always nicely aligned .
