[Webkit-unassigned] webkit not accepting keyboard input

I have been having a running problem with webkit since friday last week and no updates since have resolved the problem. it seems I cannot enter text in any of the text boxes (URL or google search box). I have attempted to enter text without benefit of using voiceover (I am totally blind). still no joy and even the forms in the scroll area will not accept input. I have had to go back to using safari in order to browse and fill in web forms. I have even done a screen capture to display the problem. who can I send that video to?
