ENVIRONMENT:
Safari 5.1 (6534.50) on Snow Leopard
Chrome 15.0.872.0 on Snow Leopard

STEPS:
1. Open http://jsfiddle.net/jsv9X/
2. Move the mouse pointer onto the green box
  -> The box shrinks.
3. Move the mouse pointer out of the green box

EXPECTED: The document has only the green box.
ACTUAL: The document contains the green box and a red box.
