First, thank you for the quick replies.  This is great.

renderProcessor.setParameter(null, "pageStart", 1);
renderProcessor.setParameter(null, "pageEnd", 100);

These are the only two parameters set for this.

Thanks for the xsltproc command.  That will help debug.
