Summary: Not able to debug plugins
Product: WebKit
Version: 528+ (Nightly build)
Platform: Macintosh Intel
OS/Version: Mac OS X 10.7
Status: UNCONFIRMED
Severity: Critical
Priority: P2
Component: Plug-ins
AssignedTo: webkit-unassigned at lists.webkit.org
ReportedBy: shyama at adobe.com
I have some 32-bit NPAPI plugins written which is loaded through PluginProcess of Safari.
In this setup I am not able to debug WebKit framework.
Days back in Mac 10.5 I was able to successfully debug through WebKit sources without problem.
When I visit my HTML page browser remains silent.
I think it is not able to find PluginProcess to load my plugin.
Installed Safari (Version 5.1.1 (6534.51.22)) is able to load my page without problem. But inside my plugin some interaction with Webkit for a postURL request is going wrong. I wanted to debug this issue.
Can you please help me.
