Gardening Roll/Ruler Concept

Visually, this is a set of ribbons, each representing the builder (just like the waterfall), except the vertical scale is in commits, rather than time.
The ribbons begin at bottom, with the last roll (you should be able to expand them down), and end with the most recent data at the top.
- need data for the most current roll.
The ribbon consists of quality indicators for each commit. Probably green/red/purple.
The gardener can use a horizontal ruler to visually set the candidate for the next roll, and move it around as necessary

The Roll should be a replacement for the log view: http://trac.webkit.org/log/?rev=HEAD&stop_rev=97501&verbose=on
However, it must be updated dynamically.
Data:
* last roll (start from or fade after)
* revision number
* commit title + blurb
* author
* date (relative)
* quality signals: degree of failure
* progress signals: how much has the tree progressed
