[Qt] A test svg to the ImageBuffer::platformTransformColorSpace method

This is an svg example which could show the performance improvement for the patch.
A similar result can be measured with the following filters:
FEBlend, FEColorMatrix, FEComposite, FEDisplacement, FEDropshadow,
FEGauss, FELightning, FEMerge, FEMorph, FEOffset, FETile...
