Summary: Make reference counting behaviour more similar between
                    Chromium and Chromium DRT
           Product: WebKit
           Version: 528+ (Nightly build)
          Platform: Unspecified
        OS/Version: Unspecified
            Status: NEW
          Severity: Normal
          Priority: P2
         Component: Tools / Tests
        AssignedTo: webkit-unassigned at lists.webkit.org
        ReportedBy: scottmg at chromium.org

See https://bugs.webkit.org/show_bug.cgi?id=67941

Reference counting differences between Chromium and DRT causes crash in Chromium that can't be reproduced in DRT.

In this case it's because accessibility helper objects indirectly hold extra reference to Frame objects. Perhaps conditionally enable/disable them to make behaviour more similar.
