On behalf of an external developer, logging a performance bug on Vista 64. They are hearing  "stuttering and warping" instead of the expected sounds on various Web Audio samples, for example http://chromium.googlecode.com/svn/trunk/samples/audio/visualizer-gl.html

Notably, a second developer from the same company had the same issue, also on Vista64. His PC is an i7 920, so much more up to date hardware.
