The problem arises not only with extended keyboard, in fact, but also with my laptop MBPro using Fn and the Up/Down arrow keys (that act usually as PgUp/Dwn equivalents).  And it is there still with the last version of KB: 5.1.1 (7534.51.22, r100143).  I have tried same commands-same pages with FireFox and they work.  It is a problem of Safari and Webkit Nightly Build.  Tested with many sites/pages: Google results included.
