Reduced test case for the dashed border bug with Webkit2
With the Webkit2, when rendering an <hr> element with a dashed border, diagonal solid lines with the color and width of the border appear from the edges of the <hr> element going in a top right direction. They are visible only when the <hr> element is visible.
This can be reproduced with the version of Safari that ships with Lion (543.51.22) and r99583. See the attached test case.
