When the plugin is in an iframe that is offset, the rendering of the plugin is incorrect.  Please see attachment.

Also note that scrolling the iframe will cause render issues with the flash plugin as well.

This also affects the silverlight plugin and most likely any other plugin.

Tested using the Qt 4.8.0 RC1.
