Currently if you build WebKit via configure, etc. rather than build-webkit, MathML is disabled. It is my suspicion that this is why both Fedora (16) and Ubuntu (12.04) lack webkit MathML support.

If there's no reason why it is disabled by default, it would be most awesome to have it enabled.
