The XHR2 spec says XMLHttpRequest and XMLHttpRequestUpload dispatch ProgressEvents <http://dev.w3.org/2006/webapi/XMLHttpRequest-2/#events>.

Maybe we should remove XMLHttpRequestProgressEvent?
