Summary: [Chromium] Consider adding more scaling methods to
                    WebViewImpl
           Product: WebKit
           Version: 528+ (Nightly build)
          Platform: Unspecified
        OS/Version: Unspecified
            Status: NEW
          Severity: Normal
          Priority: P2
         Component: WebKit API
        AssignedTo: webkit-unassigned at lists.webkit.org
        ReportedBy: fsamuel at chromium.org
                CC: johnme at chromium.org
            Blocks: 70559

It was discussed that it might make sense to move most of the scaling code and computation into WebViewImpl. While Chromium should decide whether scaling or fixed layout is enabled, the clamping of the scale factor, computation for scroll position, etc might make sense to stay in the WebKit API.
