WebKit/Efl support two types of cursor.
One is EDJ based cursor, the other is Ecore_X based cursor.

IMO, the basic cursor-sets (without CSS custom cursor) should be based on related platform.

If no one required EDJ based custom cursor, I'd like to remove and cleanup the code.
