Popover does not disappear, causes debugger failure.

Steps to reproduce:

1) Make debugger pause on the breakpoint
2) Hover mouse to open popover
3) press F11 (step into).

Popover does not disappear, causing inspector failure when stepping into a function causes switching to another script.
