Propose Patch 

I have uploaded a possible fix for the issue. I have also attached the test case to verify the fix. Can some one please review the fix.

This is my commit to the community, I have tried to follow all the steps mentioned in http://www.webkit.org/coding/contributing.html. Still if I have missed anything, please let me know.
