Summary: Consider updating SunSpider to contain tests that take
                    longer to run
           Product: WebKit
           Version: 528+ (Nightly build)
          Platform: All
        OS/Version: All
            Status: NEW
          Severity: Normal
          Priority: P2
         Component: Tools / Tests
        AssignedTo: webkit-unassigned at lists.webkit.org
        ReportedBy: aroben at apple.com
CC: eric at webkit.org, mjs at apple.com, darin at apple.com,
ggaren at apple.com, mbelshe at chromium.org

The tests included in SunSpider have been essentially unchanged since version 0.9 was first introduced in December, 2007. (They received a very minor update in version 0.9.1 in April, 2010.) These tests run orders of magnitude faster today than they did in 2007. We should consider updating SunSpider to include tests that take longer to run in today's modern JavaScript engines.
