What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Open the attached file in Latest Webkit 87068
2. Click the pink rectangle to see it's rotation
3. Click the pink rectangle again

What is the expected result?
The page is as same as what you see when you first open (or reload) the page.

What happens instead?
The rectangle is cut, the left border and right border are not there.
