This bug can be reproduced with the following way.

(1) open the attached file.
(2) Middle click the named anchor to open a document (the document is opened in a background tab.)
(3) show the opened document.
(4) show the original document and middle click the named anchor again.
(5) the document opened in (2) is foreground now.
