I thought one had been started, but now I am not seeing it. A test suite is part of the CR exit criteria (to REC), so I wouldn't necessarily expect one at the moment. Since CSS guidance is prefixes can be dropped at CR, it's not clear that passing a test suite is a required step. Of course, it could be a required step in the *WebKit* process to drop prefixes, in which case this request may be premature.
