I have investigated this bug. When JIT is enabled, two tests fails in the inspector in the same way: the testing itself does not start (function test() does never called, but the timeout mechanism is installed, which yields the error message). When JIT is disabled, there is a crash in inspector/styles/metrics-box-sizing.html. I think these issues are connected (likely a GC related issue).
