Web Inspector: add protocol method for loading script source mapping.

Compiled scripts may have "//@ sourceMappingURL=<url>" comments emitted by JavaScript compiler for debug purposes. We should support debugging of such scripts.

In this cl:
* Add InjectedScript method for loading source mapping data from withing the inspected page with XMLHttpRequest.
* Add requestScriptSourceMapping protocol method.
