The page shows a large amount of extra space at the bottom of the page, but inspecting in web inspector shows that it's not accounted for by body's metrics.  

Note that it does not work in Chrome 12.0.712.0 dev but does work as intended in Version 5.0.4 (6533.20.27)

Note also that removing the form (which takes up most of the layout) via the Web Inspector fixes the problem.
