Summary: Background Color Flashes as Small Box in Upper Left
                    When Content is Scrollable
           Product: WebKit
           Version: 528+ (Nightly build)
          Platform: Macintosh Intel
               URL: http://www.mikehemesath.com/box_bug/index.html
        OS/Version: Mac OS X 10.6
            Status: UNCONFIRMED
          Severity: Normal
          Priority: P2
         Component: Layout and Rendering
        AssignedTo: webkit-unassigned at lists.webkit.org
        ReportedBy: mike.hemesath at gmail.com

When the background color of the body is different than the html document, the bodies background color may bleed through as a flash in the upper left hand corner when the document is rendering.

To Reproduce:
#1 Visit the Urls on the Page Below
#2 Ensure the Window is sized such that a vertical scrollbar will appear
#3 Refresh the page looking for a small roughly 10x10px box in the upper left that bleeds through. The box color should match the body background color.

Other Info:
Doesn't seem to happen if web inspector is open.
Doesn't seem to happen unless the background colors are specified in an external stylesheet.
