Files: ContextMenuItem.h and ewk_contextmenu.h are out of sync at the moment. I prepared a patch for this issue.

I would like to know your an opinion about it, especially about commented out EWK_CONTEXT_MENU_ITEM_TAG_INSPECT_ELEMENT because it's disabled in default configuration WebKit-EFL.
