testrunner script

Small Python script that allows you to run single layouttest on Symbian device using runonphone.
Posting early version for comments while waiting for Bug 56323 to be finished.
This script is not meant to be expanded into full layoutest run environment. AFAIK That is being worked on and will come later.
This is a quick hack for developing testcases and testing out bugfixes.
