1. Navigate to a google search (e.g. http://www.google.com/search?q=amazon).
2. Quickly navigate to the first google search result (in this case, http://www.amazon.com).
3. webInspector.inspectedWindow.tabId is no longer correct.

It appears that this is the result of prerendering of the first google search result.  When we navigate to the first google search result, chrome swaps in the prerendered page so the tab id of the inspected window changes.  But webInspector.inspectedWindow.tabId still contains the old, stale tab id.
