Now we can choose different them for each view.
But, this patch allows only one theme for all of views in same process.

If we want this, we'd better to apply this and change ewk_view_theme_get/set.
If not, I don't want to apply this patch.

As a information, our browser and EWeblauncher and eve (I didn't check latest version) used only one theme.
