1. Select an element (e.g. <input type="button">) and open the Metrics pane in the Elements panel
2. Double-click the content area width value. Start pressing Page Up/Page Down.
3. Observe the highlight rectangle painted with a smaller (for Page Up) or larger (for Page Down) width than the actual element being highlighted.

This is a regression from http://trac.webkit.org/changeset/89815.
