Hello, Kubo.
We need more discussion about this.

WebKit/Efl can use different theme for every views and every frames.

As I discussed with jaehun in private chanel,
we have functionality to change theme for each view although we don't use it
and this patch will make those meaningless.
If I remember correctly, eve use only one theme and we also.

If profusion guys agree with this, we'd better to change apis not to relate with view and change this patch to use only one theme.

BTW, ewk_frame_theme_set/get should be removed.
It looks meaningless regardless of this patch.
