The current plan is follows:
1. Fix the bug 63100 - Add BeforeChildren/AfterChildren anchor types.
2. Add Position(PassRefPtr<Text>, unsigned offset)
3. Remove instantes of Position(..., PositionIsOffsetInAnchor)
