When opening the test case from the bug, we get the follow ASSERT:

ASSERTION FAILED: m_attributes.xValues().size() == textLength()
third_party/WebKit/Source/WebCore/rendering/svg/RenderSVGInlineText.cpp(140) : bool WebCore::RenderSVGInlineText::characterStartsNewTextChunk(int) const
