Scrollbars get toggled on/off rapidly after popup link has been clicked:
1. Go to http://engineering.vernier.com/general/sensors/
2. Wait for page to finish loading
3. Click on the "NEWS" link
4. New iframe is opened as an overlay on the current page
5. Observe main window scrollbar weirdness.
