I checked Zoltán's patch, it still works, but expected files needs to be updated and there are some tests shoulbn't be removed from the skipped list.

The patch will fix the following tests:
svg/custom/circular-marker-reference-1.svg

svg/custom/circular-marker-reference-3.svg
svg/custom/circular-marker-reference-4.svg
svg/custom/empty-merge.svg
svg/custom/non-circular-marker-reference.svg

svg/W3C-SVG-1.1/struct-frag-03-t.svg

And it didn't fix the following tests: (but they are unskipped in the patch)
