After https://bugs.webkit.org/show_bug.cgi?id=60621, we can pass NULL bitmap handles, so remove the hack that was introduced in http://trac.webkit.org/changeset/89582.

Also fix a typo introduced in http://trac.webkit.org/changeset/90458.
A patch is coming.
