The result of a test without expected file is:

fast/forms/textarea-placeholder-wrapping.html: unknown failure type MISSING

But results.html has the test correctly listed as new

Tests that had no expected results (probably new):
  fast/forms/textarea-placeholder-wrapping.html    result
