Adding this feature is going to be slightly tricky.  The main idea here is to use the Chromium commit-queue to land the patch.  We'll probably need a server somewhere with a git checkout of Chromium (which is quite large).  Another approach is to create a partial svn checkout of Chromium that contains just the DEPS file, but Chromium might be moving to git soon and the scripts maruel is writing for us might only work in git.
