3.1 is supported but in reality the amount of RAM on some devices is too low to run QtWebkit after we increased the .code size with the speed optimizations. In N95 this means you can't even start Anomaly from Fluidlauncher. This is known issue:

For E71 case, it is listed currently in Ovi store as the only 3.1 supported device. With 4.7.1 sis files Anomaly works fine on my E71.
