Steps to reproduce:

1) Launch TOT webkit build (r75767) on 10.6.6
2) Go to http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/January_2011_Rio_de_Janeiro_floods_and_mudslides
3) Click on Reader icon to enter Reader
4) Notice what happens: The window's vertical scroll appears in FRONT on the reader overlay for a second or so then appears behind the overlay.

NOTE: This issue doesn't happen with Safari 5.0.3 on stock 10.6.6. The window's vertical scrollbar always appears behind the Reader's overlay.
