The WebKit GTK+ tarball is missing the following header file:
Missing Source/JavaScriptCore/assembler/MacroAssemblerARMv7.h

Which stops the build on ARMv7 (thumb) architectures.  It appears it is just missing from Source/JavaScriptCore/GNUmakefile.am

Observed in WebKit GTK+ 1.3.9 and 1.3.10 (at least)
