Printscreen from Chrome

Hi,

In the attached prinstcreen, the dotted border in the 6th column doesn't render properly in Chrome and Safari.
It happens only when the scrollbar is visible.

The borders render as expected on Firefox and Opera (unfortunately, the interface won't allow me to send a second printscreen with expected result, but the border above and below the label "15 min." for example should be dotted).

I've pasted HTML in pastebin that may reproduces the error.

Scrollbar must be active
FYI, my screen resolution is 1280x800
